an extremely long post about hair color xD

I started dying my hair in 7th grade. I am an incoming sophomore now (wow, I'm old!) My hair has been:

1. Natural hair color = dark brown???
2. Blonde in the back/reddish-brown in the front
3. Normal brown color
4. Dark red (favorite)
5. Purple-brownish color
6. Blonde stripes/brown
7. Blonde striped turned into blue stripes
8. Half super bright red/half brown. That is how I started my freshman year of high school. I have to say, this was also one of my favorite hair colors despite the fact that my hair looked super crazy. I loved the red. After a while it faded to orange though, and I didn't want to be seen in public because my hair looked like the hair of a mental patient.
9. Red.
10. Dyed the bottom blue, the top was still red.
11. The red faded to orange-brownish, and the blue faded to an ugly puke-green-blonde-vomit color.
12. Dark dark dark brown (another favorite)
13. Now, my hair is currently a faded dark brown.

Soon (within the next week or so) my hair is going to turn pink. All pink. I am so excited, because I have always wanted to dye all of my hair one crazy color (such as blue or bright red), but I have never been able too. Until now! I am so grateful that I have a mother who lets me dye my hair however I please, and DYES MY HAIR FOR ME TOO.

This is the shade of pink I will be dying my hair. It is called "Atomic pink" by the brand Special Effects.  When dying my hair a crazy color, I have always used Manic Panic, but it really doesn't work that well. It looks AMAZING until you wash your hair, and then it keeps fading until you just want to vomit at the unsightly color of your hair. So, I'm trying a new brand. The website said this brand last from 3-6 weeks, which is much better than Manic Panic. The sad reality is, any unnatural hair color dye is never going to last permanently. :(

Some other cool hair colors that I am open to trying in the future:

A friend gave me the idea to dye it white, and put another color in there too. I think this and the below picture look AMAZING. Unfortunately, I'm pale. Pale like a vampire. If I were to have white hair, I think I would look sickly. But... I want to try it. Especially this blue-white hybrid hair. I think two colors looks pretty snazzy.

I think that having a rainbow coontail would be pretty amazing. However, it would be a lot of work to keep up, and I'm not sure if I would be able to handle touching it up every time I wash my hair. If only I had natural rainbow hair, life would be perfect.

I love love love blue hair. I've had blue hair twice before, but I have never dyed my entire head blue. I definately want to do this in the future, perhaps after pink?

Anyways, my hair will probably be dead in a few years from dying it so much. I wanted to grow out my natural hair color, but at the same time... I hate this boring color I have now. I want to stand out in a crowd, not blend in. A lot of people have a really nice hair color that suits them well, and I'm sure whatever color my hair is naturally suits me fine, but I want to walk around and have people turn their heads and say "Whoa, look at that girl's hair color!" I also love having a funky hair color, it's what makes me who I am.
